All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days of the order date, with the exception of pre-orders. Purchases made after 11am PST will not be processed until the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

*These delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier and we cannot guarantee delivery time. For international orders, delivery times will depend on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned by the post. *Depending on your shipping location, orders may subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. Please note that any VAT, import taxes, or other fees are incurred from your customs office/government and NOT Fantasy Pods. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. If you choose not to accept the item and send it back to us, we will certainly accept the return provided that the item is in its original condition. We cannot refund the taxes and shipping costs in either direction, and the cost will be be deducted from the refund. The restocking fee of $40 will also be applied in this case.

* In order to avoid fraud we request customers to confirm their identity and order. Failure to do so will incur $40 restocking fees and the remaining amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please shoot an email over to support@fantasypods.co and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Fantasy Pods is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the local courier to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.


REFUND

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

* Restocking fees of $40 will be charged if you are unable to confirm order details or your identify and the remaining amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fantasypods.co

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us and we will assist you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS

Our 100% risk-free satisfaction guarantee lasts 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply send it back to us and we will return you 100% of your money back – NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
